How many grams in a cup of flour?

How do I convert oven recipes to air fryer?
Reduce the oven temperature by 25°F (about 15°C) and reduce cooking time by 20%. For example, 400°F for 30 min becomes 375°F for 24 min. Try our air fryer converter.
How many tablespoons in a cup?
There are 16 tablespoons in 1 cup. Half a cup is 8 tablespoons, and a quarter cup is 4 tablespoons.

How long to boil eggs?
Soft boil: 6-7 minutes. Medium: 9-10 minutes. Hard boil: 12-13 minutes. Start timing once water reaches a full boil. Use our egg boiling calculator for adjustments based on egg size, altitude, and starting temperature.
What temperature is 180°C in Fahrenheit?
180°C equals 356°F (Gas Mark 4). This is a standard moderate oven temperature used in many European recipes. Use our temperature converter for more.
How do I scale a recipe to feed more people?
Divide the number of servings you want by the number the recipe makes — that's your scaling factor. Multiply every ingredient by it. The exception: spices, leavening agents (baking powder, yeast), and cooking time don't scale linearly. Our recipe scaler handles all of this automatically.
What is the water-to-rice ratio?
The standard for white rice is 1:1.5 (1 cup rice to 1½ cups water), but it varies: brown rice needs 1:2, basmati 1:1.5, and sushi rice 1:1.2. Our rice calculator gives exact amounts based on servings and rice type.
